I think the new site is finally working.
I had to do some jiggling to get it to work properly. If I knew if was going to be so wonky I would not have done it.
Some if the internal tools are still not pointing to the proper URL so I have a feeling there will still be a few things that need to get fixed here and there. Please let me know if you run across any errors.

The page loads now. But, REEEEEEEEEEALLY slowly (remember dial-up? like that).
It's automatically redirecting (and quickly) now. Why did you try to change things in the first place?
